Course Overview

This course aims to develop learners' language proficiency at an advanced level, preparing them for complex communication situations in daily life, work, and studies while equipping them with the skills needed for a successful language exam.

Course Curriculum

  • Expansion of vocabulary related to various topics such as work, education, leisure activities, travel, and environment.
  • Learning and using idioms, phrases, and colloquial expressions.

  • Deepening understanding of past tenses (simple past, present perfect) and their correct usage.
  • Use of modal verbs and their conjugation in different tenses.
  • Indirect speech, Activ passiv, conjunctions, and sentence connectors for complex sentence structures.

  • Reading and analyzing medium-length texts such as newspaper articles, short stories, and reports.
  • Writing coherent texts such as letters, emails, reports, and descriptions.

  • Understanding longer conversations, interviews, and discussions on various topics.
  • Participating in debates, presentations, and role-plays to enhance speaking skills.
  • Expressing opinions, arguing, and discussing current topics and personal experiences.

  • In-depth insights into German culture, history, literature, and society.
  • Discussion about cultural diversity, integration, societal challenges, and global issues.

  • Simulating real-life work and everyday situations such as job interviews, customer interactions, and teamwork.
