1. Subject Matter of the Contract
1.1 The language school offers a variety of language courses and related services as outlined in the current course catalog and program descriptions.
1.2 These services include language instruction, cultural workshops, exam preparation courses, tutoring sessions, and other language-related activities.
2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Registration for a course is considered complete upon receipt of a completed registration form, either electronically or in person.
2.2 The contract between the language school and the participant becomes binding upon confirmation of registration by the school and payment of the required fees.
2.3 Participants may register for multiple courses within a specified period, subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
3. Payment Conditions
3.1 Course fees are payable in advance and are due upon registration, unless otherwise specified in the payment schedule.
3.2 Payment methods accepted by the language school include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, and cash payments.
3.3 Invoices and receipts for course fees will be provided to participants upon request or as part of the registration confirmation.
4. Participation Requirements and Withdrawal
4.1 Participants are expected to attend classes regularly, participate actively, and adhere to the school's code of conduct and policies.
4.2 Withdrawal from a course must be communicated to the school in writing and is subject to the school's withdrawal and refund policies.
4.3 Refunds for course fees may be granted based on the timing of the withdrawal and any applicable cancellation fees or administrative charges.
4.4 There is no cancellation or refund policy in BLS, that students can change/switch the same level of batch in case of any unsuitable class timing within 2 weeks. Batch and class timing once assigned cannot be changed. Student cannot freeze their batch and rejoin later in any new batch.
5. Course Organization and Changes
5.1 The language school reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to course schedules, curriculum content, and instructor assignments as deemed appropriate.
5.2 Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes affecting their enrolled courses, and efforts will be made to minimize disruptions to their learning experience.
5.3 In the event of course cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, participants will be offered alternative course options or provided with a refund of fees paid for the affected courses after the deduction of administrative cost.
6. Liability and Responsibilities
6.1 The language school shall exercise reasonable care and diligence in delivering courses and services as described in the course materials and program outlines.
6.2 The school's liability is limited to direct damages resulting from its own negligence or failure to fulfill contractual obligations.
6.3 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment brought to the school premises and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for valuables.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
7.1 The language school complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding the collection, processing, and storage of personal data provided by participants.
7.2 Participant data is used for administrative, educational, and communication purposes related to their enrollment in courses and may be shared with relevant third parties only for legitimate educational or legal reasons.
8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
8.1 Any disputes arising from or related to the contract between the language school and participants shall be resolved amicably through negotiation and mediation.
